Step 1
Send your Poster
Upon the reception of your PowerPoint (PPT or PPTX) or PDF file configured to the print size and, after a review of the configuration of your poster (size, graphics,…), we will start printing it. If there are any problems, we will contact you by email or via the telephone number you have provided when filling in the request form
Step 2
Poster Printing
We print your posters in photographic quality on 150 gsm photo quality matte coated paper. This way we avoid reflections caused by light when they are placed in the exhibition area of the congress. We obtain excellent results in the printing of backgrounds, graphs and tables, photographs, conventional radiology images, CT, MRI, echocardiograms, ultrasounds, PET, SPECT, catheterization and interventional radiology...
Step 3
Delivery at Congress
After a new control and after verifying that it is correct, it will be identified and packaged and sent to the Congress venue so that you can pick it up upon arrival, indicating it at the registration desk. No worries, no problems, with the peace and security of working with a company committed to the needs of professionals.

It’s simple: click on “REQUEST YOUR POSTER” and fill in the details on the order form. From there an option will allow you to attach a file as if you were doing it from your own email and then finish by paying by credit card on a secure banking platform. You will receive the conformity of the operation as well as the invoice. It’s as simple as that.
The total cost of printing and shipping is 30 euros, taxes included. Just send us your file and don’t worry, we will print it and send it to the congress venue in a timely manner. It couldn’t be easier!
For your poster to print correctly, we need you to send us the files in PowerPoint (PPT or PPTX) or PDF. The system supports up to 10 MB per file.
In PowerPoint select “Layout” and then “Page Setup” > select portrait 84,1×118,9 cm (A-0).
After payment by credit card on a secure banking platform, you will receive a confirmation of the transaction as well as the invoice.
Payment is made by credit card through Caixabank’s secure Redsys platform.
You will receive it at the Congress venue. When you place the order, you fill in a form specifying the details of the person who is going to collect the poster. It will be delivered to you at the technical secretariat, in a labelled sleeve.

Yes, when you place the order and make the payment, you fill in a form with the delivery and invoicing details, which may or may not match. You will receive it by e-mail.
We only accept poster submissions via our website. If you are having any problems in the process, please contact us by email and we will help you at posters@martinco.es.
